Christoph Ungnad, Herr von Sonnegg, gibt dem Nikolaus Urschän von Emersdorf (Ermannstorf) an der Gail ein Gut in Emersdorf (Ermannstorf), das man "das Gut hinterm Forst" nennt, unter der Bedingung, dass die Abgaben gemäß des Urbars fristgerecht geleistet werden.
