Der Hainfelder Bürger Sebastian Sparrer (anstelle seiner Gemahlin), sowie die Ybbsitzer Bürger und Brüder Gregor, Stefan und Hieronimus Schreiner sowie die Witwe Magdalena Schreiner verkaufen ihrem Schwager und Cousin Jakob Schreiner ein Haus samt Grund im Markt Ybbsitz.
