    In nomine Patris et filii et spiritus sancti. Nos Berhtoldus dei gratia Gerstensis abbas Omnibus presentem paginam inspecturis salutem eternam. Quia sepe solent facta memoriam posterorum relinquere, ideo de conmuni fratrum nostrorum assensv presentis scripture seriem nostrorum sigillorum caractere duximus roborandam. Sciant igitur vniuersi presentes et futurj, quod nos totam decimationem jn nevstifte, quc ad ius abbatis nunquam pertinebat, camere vestiarie fratrum nostrorum pleno ivre conscripsimus huiusmodi pacto subtercluso, quod exinde cvilibet fratrum vnum pellicivm singulis annis proveniat, quatinus, sicut antea medietas congregationis pellicia recepit, sic amodo crescente gratia de simili receptione gavdeant vniversi. Debet insuper sacerdos, qui celebraturus fuerit ibidem, necessaria prebende sue accipere, quatinus ecclesia de Rvbnich tres modios siliginis et tres avene sibi provideat et ipsa de Nivnstifte de totidem responsura sit eidem. Nulli ergo successorum nostrorum liberum erit nostre constitutionis paginam infringere, si non solum dicte gratie sed etiam gratie in ivs mutate noluerit (sic) obpugnare. Actum Anno M.
