    Nos dej Gratia Gerungus abbas de Garsten notum facimus vniuersis hanc paginam inspecturis, quod nos fecimus concambium cum domino Gundakero de Stornchenberch pro huba sua sita jn colle dicto Rigel circa Losenstein, in qua residens est Rudolfus, ita videlicet, ut ipse habeat nostram curiam in Duringheim iure perpetuo versa vice volentes, ut, sicut nos (sic) hubam predictam nobis contulit pleno iure, ita et ipse cum omnibus suis heredibus dictam curiam debeat perpetuo possidere. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras nostro sigillo munitas sibi decrevimus assignandas. Huius rei testes sunt Dominus Ditmarus de Styria, Helmhardus et HenRicus milites, Reimboto de Metijs (?) , VlRicus de winperch, Duringus de ternberch, Walchunus officialis, Vlricus de Taene, Leo de fridberch, ChunRadus de Schoenpuh (el), ChunRadus et Vlricus de tuncinge et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec in Garsten anno domini Mill. CC. L. V.
