    Nos Heinricus dei gratia Comes Palatinus Reni, Dux Bawarie presentibus litteris declaramus, quod, cum venerabilis in christo Fr. Gerstensis Ecclesie abbas ex privilegiis sibi proponat competere antiqua predia forestaria sita in Gaflentze prouincia sui monasterij, ne silua nostra sine custodibus remaneret, de prediis dicti Monasterij mediantibus nostris Officialibus recepimus sex virorum residencias, in Freithofowe duas et in Levbnerperge et Rotenstein alias nemori magis contiguas et habiles pro custodia facienda, et nos dedimus vice versa Curiam unam in Pvsenwanch cum suis attinenciis Monasterio prelibato, sicut rite et rationabiliter actum est, ratum habentes et presentis scripti patrocinio confirmantes, quod in huiusmodi concambio per dictos Officiales nostros taliter est patratrum. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras nostri sigilli mvnimine consignitas sepedicto Monasterio dedimus ad cautelam et perpetuam memoriam futurorum. Datum in Castro Steir Anno domini Millesimo, Ducentesimo, Septuagesimo septimo jn festo beate Magarete.
