    Otacherus dei gratia dux austrie et Marchio morauie officialibus suis in Stain et in ibsa gratiam suam et omne bonum, quia dilectum nobis Abbatem et conuentum in Mansee in nostram protectionem recepimus et fauore gratiam sibi conferentes specialem, vt sua victualia singulis annis per nostras Mutas sine omni exactione libere transducat, volumus igitur et mandamus, ne quis ausu temerario hanc nostre clemencie donacionem ipsi presumat infringere ullo casu. Datum Wienne IIII. Kalendas januarij.
