Chunrat von Chemnaten, des Steffans Newhawser Sohn von Mülpartz, verkauft dem Abt Symon und dem Konvent sein Gut zu "Chemnaten nyden im dorff genannt an Steffans stat" und das Gut zu "Puechperig", beide Lehen von Mondsee. $$Siegler: Ludweyg der Freynperger, Fridreich der Öber, Richter zu Mondsee.
