Abstract
17. Juli 1768, Schloss Gunderstorf
Kaufkontrakt.Abt Berthold und Konvent zu Altenburg (Prior Mellitus, Subprior P. Bonifacius) verkaufen dem Johann Baptist Freiherrn von Ludwigstorf mit lf. Consens die dem Stift angehörigen 7 Hofstatthäuser in Kalladorf nebst dem Grundbuch, wozu zwei Grundholden von Stödldorf gehören, um 1200 Gulden und werden diese Grundholden am 31. Oktober d. J. abtreten samt Gaben- und Grundbuch und allen vorhandenen Canzleydocumentis und Depositengeldern.
