Nota, quod anno domini LXIII letare Smerl iudeus de Chrems publicavit coram domino Vlrico abbate debita X talentorum, in quibus Sampson nauta sibi obligatur, petens dominum, ut ipsum admitteret ad beneficium Paumgarten,1 quod dominus admisit salvo iure suo et omnium aliorum meliori iure utencium.
