Nikolaus, Bischof von Raab, bewilligt der Abtei Heiligenkreuz die ihm von deren Besitzung Neu-Eigen zu entrichtenden Zehente mit jährlichen zwei Mark Silber Wiener Gewichtes abzulösen.

    Nicolaus miseracione diuina Episcopus Jaurinensis vniuersis, quibus expedit, presencium significamus per tenorem, quod quia frater Herzo, magister Curie Noui predii in diuersis seruiciis ecclesie nostre se indesinenter exposuit et in futurum exponere permittit, ad humilem et deuotam peticionem ipsius volentes paterno occurrere cum fauore talem sibi duximus graciam faciendam, vt perpetuo successu temporum pro Decimis Terre Foguldorf vocate, que est prope Nouum predium memoratum, non plus quam duas Marcas argenti ponderis Wiennensis singulis annis in festo beati Georgii martiris nobis, uel nostris successoribus idem frater Herzo, uel alii pro magistratu dicti Noui predii pro tempore constituti soluere teneantur; eo tamen modo‚ ut idem frater Herzo uel loco ipsius pro tempore positi dicta sua seruicia nobis et nostris successoribus, ac ecclesie nostre inpendere non desistant. In cuius rei memoriam perpetuamque firmitatem presentes concessimus litteras nostri sigilli autentici munimine confirmatas. Datum Jaurini in festo beati Georgii martiris anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo XX° quinto.
