26. November 1450, Wien (Wienn)
Mühle zu Nussdorf am Nussbach (Kaufbrief). Die Eheleute Stephan und Dorothea Pair verkaufen ihre in der Pairgasse auf dem Nussbach nächst Merten des Zumphls Besitzung gelegene und dem Stifte St. Dorothea mit 3 Schillingen und 42 Pfennigen dienstbare Mühle an Wolfgang Mülfelder, zu Heiligenstadt ansässig, um 40 Pfund Wiener Pfennige. Sie selbst haben die Mühle von den Eheleuten Mathes und Margarethe Spiegelperger gekauft. $$Zeugen: Thomas Holty von Heiligenstadt.
