Kaiser Rudolf II. belehnt nach Aufsandung durch Melchior, Ferdinand und Fridrich von Hoberckh Georg Bayr mit den von ihm erkauften Lehensgütern gemäß Lehensbrief von 1579 Dezember 5: Grund- und Überländdienste 14 lb 1 ß 24 d 1 Heller, 39½ Diensthühner und 13 ß 20 Eier auf dem Dorf Gruebern mit Obrigkeit und Gericht, auf 4 Gütern zu Riekherstorff, 2 Gütern zu Purckhstall und 1 Gut zu Wilhelbmstorf.
