Herzog Albrecht III. gewährt Abt und Convent von Melk, die durch mißliche Geschicke und besonders durch Brandschaden in große Geldschuld gekommen sind, zur Hilfe und zum Kirchenbau, der eben jetzt durchgeführt wird, vier Freijahre von Gastung, Steuer, Forderung und Aufsätzen.
