Anna Tochter Fridreichs von Aynoed und ihre Kinder Peter, Hanns und Anna verkaufen mit Grundherrnhand Hanns von Maissau ihre Au zu Pyelachmund an der Pyelach in der Melker Pfarre um 190 Pfund an Abt Ludweig und den Convent von Melk; die Au stößt unten an den Mühlgraben zu Peylachmund und ist auch oberhalb gesteint und geraint; sie hat einen Jahresdienst von 5 Pfennig Michaeli Burgrecht zur Herrschaft Wolfstain. $$Siegler: Hans von Maissau oberster Schenk in Österreich., Iernfrid der Tyeminger Burggraf zu Wolfstein. $$Datum: Cholmanstag
