Margreth, die Witwe des Wolfgang Höhel (vgl. B 51 im Kasten VI, Lade I) zu Hofbeuern, stellt dem Stift ihr Burgrecht auf dem "Hochhäusl" im Stern zu Peuern, so jährlich 40 D dient, zurück und bekommt durch diesen Wechselbrief den Grund an dem Espann bei ihrem Haus, "da man an die Neumühl geht".
