Quia acta hominum simul transcurrente tempore transeunt et oblivionis dispendium incidunt, necesse est ea, quorum recordatio sive utilitatem sive necessitatem inducit, scripturae quae oblivionem non patitur testimonio, ne ab hominum memoria sive notitia excidant, suffulciri. Nos igitur Albertus, Dei gratia Chyemensis ecclesiae Episcopus, tenore praesentium profitemur, ad communem cognitionem singulorum et omnium deferentes, quod nomine nostro et ecclesiae nostrae . . . . . . . . das Weitere ist abgedruckt bei P. Bischof Albert von Chiemsee überläßt die zu seinem bischöflichen Hof in Niderhaim gehörigen Grundstücke zwischen der Straße und der Salzach (also unterhalb der Straße) und elf Grundstücke oberhalb der Straße dem Kloster zu Peuern und erhält dafür vom Kloster zwei Quartale (wohl zwei Viertl-Acker) unterhalb Vischarn. Dieser Grundtausch geschieht mit Einwilligung des Erzbischofs Konrad IV. von Salzburg. Current repository:
