1751 XI 15, Fridolfing
Peter Nidermayer von Kallhamb, Gerichts Tittmoning, übergibt seiner Ehewürthin Elisabeth Rambsammerin den Hälftebesitz am Hof zu Kellhamb, der dem Closter zu Mülln grundherrschaftlich unterworfen, auch stüfft und dienstbar ist.

    Das Kloster hatte aber den Hof zu einem Lehen, wie die vorausgehenden Lehenbriefe besagen. Niedermayr hatte den Hof vom Kloster zum Besitz erhalten.
