    In nomine summe trinitatis Chuonradus Diuina fauente Clementia Romanorum Rex. Preceptis salutaribus moniti et diuina institutione instructi facere nobis amicos de mammona iniquitatis ea spe ac fiducia, ut et ipsi nos recipiant in eterna tabernacula, debemus religiosis cenobiis propensiori cura munimen et auxilium prouidere, ut in eis commorantes pauperes christi pro nostris peccatis abolendis et regni temporalibus (sic) motibvs ad eternitatis quietem dirigendis ualeant intercedere aput regem regum, cuius regnum regnum est omnium seculorum. Igitur ad munimen et auxilium regularis uite tradimus et confirmamus cenobio Richerspergensi constituto in ripi (sic) Ini fluminis in regione norica in comitatu Ekkeberti comitis, ut si quis ministerialium ad regnum Teutonicum uel ducatum bawaricum pertinens predium suum in elemosinam dare uoluerit predicto cenobio, rata sit ipsa traditio et firma permaneat. Vt autem incontradicibilis et inconuulsa permaneat hec nostra regalis constitutio, conmuniri et insigniri eam fecimus regali nostro sigillo. Actum in ciuitate Ratisbona in curia celebri, Cui interfuerunt episcopi Dietwinus episcopus Cardinalis Sancte Rufine Apostolice sedis legatus, Heinricus Ratisbonensis episcopus, Imbrico Wirzeburgensis, Otto frisingensis, Heinricus Olomicensis et laici principes Marchio Dietpoldus, Otto comes palatinus, Comes Gebehardus de Sulzbach, Comes Adalbertus de Pogen, Fridericus aduocatus et alii multi nobiles. Ducem bawaricum ideo non nominamus, quia tunc temporis in manu regis erat ducatus. Dat. XVIII. Kalend. Januarii anno dominice incarnationis MCXLII.
