    In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Leupoldus dei gratia dux Austrie ac Styrie uniuersis christi fidelibus salutem in perpetuum. Cum ea, que ad honorem dei et superne cultum pietatis expediunt et conducere uidentur, promouere ac sublimare summopere teneamur, diuina nobis prouidente misericordia liberalitatis nostre donationem ecclesie in Richersperge conferre pium decreuimus. Hinc est, quod uniuersitatem tam presentium quam futurorum latere nolumus, quod in honore sancte Marie sanctique Michaelis pro remedio animarum uidelicet pie recordationis patris nostri ducis Leupoldi fratrisque ducis Friderici ac omnium parentum seu antecessorum nostrorum obtentu Ortolfi eiusdem loci tunc cellerarii omnium rerum mobilium per terras nostras sine omni uectigalium aut pedagiorum exactione libertatem transitus eidem ecclesie contulimus et indulsimus. Vt autem hec liberalitatis nostre donatio rata et inconuulsa in perpetuum perseueret, presentem paginam sigilli nostri inpressione testiumque subscriptione roborari iussimus, quorum nomina sunt hec: Chrafto de Amcinspach, Walchunus de Wassenberch, Chunradus de Lapide, Wichardus dapifer et filii sui, Wigandus de Chlamme, Dietmarus de Liechtensteine, Otto de Leubin, Albero de Grimmenstein, Hainricus de Tumbenouwe, Ortolfus de Acinprucche, Dietmarus marschalcus et alii quam plures.||
