    In nomine domini nostri iesu christi nos E. de neunchirrhn et O. de uiscahe et magister A. de polano plebani in cavsa, que inter Richerspergensem ecclesiam ex vna parte et O. de Scratnstain ex alia svper quibusdam decimis in putinensi parrochia positis a svmmo pontifice ivdices delegati partibus in nostra presentia constitutis richerspergensis ecclesie acceptis probationibus, quod ab archiepiscopis Salzburgensibus dicte decime sibi canonice collate fuerint, sic, ut instrumentvm ex inde factvm a Chu/unrado venerabili Salzburgensi quondam archiepiscopo sub certo sigillo manifeste declarat, cvm pars adversa probare non possit in contrarivm, prefatas decimas avctoritate, qua fungimur, Richerspergensi ecclesie adiudicamus in perpetuvm canonice possidendas. Actvm pvblice apud nouam ciuitatem in maiori ecclesia X. Kalendas Octobris anno verbi incarnati M. CC.VII. et ut in postervm nulla posset svboriri calumpnia, presenti sententie sigilla nostra dvximus apponenda.
