In nomine sancte et individue trinitatis amen. Fridericus dei gracia dux Austrie et Styrie et dominus Carniole omnibus hanc literam inspecturis salutem. Cum promocioni et libertati ecclesie omni diligencia, qua possumus, pro assequendo merito divine retribucionis intendere debeamus, sub assercione presentis litere ecclesie in Reichersperge duraturam in perpetuum hanc indulsimus libertatem, ut absque omni exactione vectigalium et pedagiorum victualia sua libere faciant deportari. Ita quoque occasione illorum aut pretextu a mutariis et theloneariis nostris nichil penitus exigatur. Ut autem hec liberalitatis donacio a nullo successorum nostrorum valeat immutari, sed semper maneat pocius inconvulsa, presentem paginam sigilli nostri impressione et testium annotacione iussimus roborari. Testes autem hii sunt: comes Heinricus de Ortenberch, comes Chunradus de Hardekke, Heinricus nobilis de Schowenberch, Chadoldus Dapifer de Velsperch, Heinricus de Seuelde, Heinricus de Prunne, Chunradus et Udalricus de Hinperch, Otto de Perhtoltsdorf, Otto de Haselowe, Offo de Puten, Ditmarus de Lichtensteine, Heinricus de Liechtensteine, Albero de Churinge, Hadmarus et Rapoto fratres de Valkenperch et alii quam plures. Actum in Trewense anno ab incarnacione domini MCCXL.XIIII. Indictione, III. idus Octobris. datum per manum magistri Leupoldi plebani Wiennensis etc.
