    Fridericus dei gratia sancte Salzburgensis Ecclesie Archiepiscopus apostolice sedis legatus Religiosis viris Canonicis et Capitulo Monasterii Reicherspergensis ordinis sancti Augustini Canonicorum regularium nostre diocesis (sic) salutem in domino. Dudum ex insinuacione vestra ad nostram peruenit audienciam, quod venerabilis in christo frater dominus Albertus Patauiensis Episcopus Monasterio vestro vacanti per resignacionem Hermanni quondam prepositi ibidem discretum virum Ortolfum de Tevffenpach archidyaconum Maticensem, qui de magnis prouidencia et industria plurimum conmendatur, administratorem, gubernatorem, procuratorem sev yconomum constituerit ex causis legittimis, rationabilibus atque iustis. Verum quia bonuni statum vestrum et Monasterii vestri, cuius sumus aduocati, ex ratione habemus diligere, prosequi et fouere, De circumspectione dicti domini Patauiensis loci ordinarii specialiter presumentes Constitucionem sev ordinacionem easdem, prout prouide et rationabiliter facte sunt, gratas habentes presentis scripti patrocinio approbamus.
