      Gotfridus Dei gracia Patauiensis episcopus. Ad perpetuam rei memoriam. Sane nobilis et fidelis noster dilectus Georius de Ahaim diuino motus spiramine capellam in honore sancti Georii martiris in ambitu monasterij Reicherspergensis suis rebus propriis et sumptibus dotauit adeo copiose et fundauit, vt onera illi imposita absque euiusuis preiudicio comode valeat supportari supplicans nobis precibus instantiuis, vt dotacionem et fundacionem predictam auctoritate ordinaria ex offcij nostri debito dignaremur approbare. Nos igitur tante pietatis opus beniuolo prosequentes affectu consensu et voluntate venerabilis in Christo Dietrici prepositi et conuentus monasterij in Reichersperg predicti antecedente omnia et singula predicta cum modificationibus condicionibus et oneribus appositis prout in litteris inde confectis plenius continentur, sicut prouide facta sunt, adprobamus ratificamus confirmamus. In quorum testimonium presentes jussimus nostri sigillj munimine roborari. Datum Patauie sabbato proximo ante diem beatorum martyrum Dyonisij et sociorum eius. Anno domini M° trecentesimo quinquagesimo octauo.
