Universis presencium inspectoribus ego Conradus plebanus in Zober Saltzpurgensis dioecesis notum facio per presentes, quod obligatus sum et obliger dare et persolvere nomine meo et ecclesie mee predicte venerabili preposito ecclcsie Reicherspergensis pataviensis dioecesis sew cuilibet ejus per tempora successori annis singulis loco cujusdam decime quatuordecim solidos denariorum wiennensium in festo beati Michaelis archangeli plene et integre sicuti et per meos predecessores solitum et consuetum est tieri ab antiquo, quod si non facerem quod absit causa rationabali cessante extunc ab omni jure meo quod michi in eadem competet et competit debeo cecidisse omni contradictione penitus exclusa et semota. In cujus rei testimonium presentem literam dedi sigillis honorabilium virorum domini Alberti de Puchaim et domini Petri plebani in Racolspurch decretorum doctoris qui eadem ad mei peticionem instantem in testimonium premissorum apposuerunt, cum sigillo proprio caream, munimine roboratam. Datum Wienne anno domini millesimo trecentesimo sexagesimo secundo die sabbati post ascensionem.
