Herzog Ernst von Bayern, Administrator des Bistums Passau gibt dem Balthasar Muntnhaimer ein Gut zu Niederkapelln, ein Ort in der Pfarre Pfarrkirchen im Mühlv. und ein Gut zu Schwendt am Schatnperg, Pfarre Schardenberg, zu Lehen.Siegel des Administrators.
