Bischof Urban von Passau gibt dem Ioachim Rainer zu Lauffenbach, Hofrichter zu R., als Lehensträger des Propstes Johann von Reichersberg ein Gut und einen Viertelacker zu Schwandt, Pfarre Schardenberg, als Lehen.Siegel des Bischofs.
