Hans der Espan und Margarethe seine Frau verkaufen das Gut zu Niedertenn (Thann) in der Pfarre Hargelsberg, wo Jörg Weidleins Sohn mit dem Baurecht aufsitzt, an Michael den Müllner auf dem Frewnczberg (Franzberg). Nebst Espan siegelten Eckard der Chressling und Wernhart Abaltinger.
