Wolf von Volkerstorf an Landeshauptmann: Bei ihm sitze ein Totschläger gefangen. Es seien aber ansehnliche Fürbitten eingegangen. Es wird entschieden: zu handeln, was rechtens ist oder sich an den König wenden.
