Landeshauptmannspatent: Er habe allen Landrichtern aufgetragen, alle Untertanen ihrer Herrschaften zu sich zu fordern und von jedem sagen zu lassen, wessen man sich von ihm versehen könne etc. Die Herrschaften sollen es unpräjudizierlich geschehen lassen.
