    Nos frater vlricus dictus abbas in wilhering scrire volumus vniuersos presentium inspectores, quod nos ex animo deliberato et maturo consilio prehabito nostrique Conuentus consensu benigno et plenissimo accedente vlrico Cancellario fideli nostro duo feoda scilicet aich et Kukenperg sita ex altera parte Danubij circa sanctum Martinum soluentia sex solidos denariorum veterum annuatim vendidimus et tradidimus pro decem libris denariorum et lx denariis cum omni iure, quod nobis et ecclesie nostre in eisdem feodis conpetebat; sed idem vlricus deuocione tactus statim emptione facta et resignacione a nobis recepta volens deum, a quo bona omnia procedunt, sue terrene substantie facere heredem, predicta duo feoda in manus Camerarij nostri, qui tunc camere prefuit, deuote, liberaliter ac hilariter ob reuerenciam gloriose virginis resignauit hac tamen conditione mediante, quod prefatus Camerarius, qui pro tempore camere prefuerit, Conuentuj nostro singulis annis perpetuo in die sancti ambrosij, quo anniuersarium patris predicti vlrici felicis recordationis agitur, pisces et album Panem omni relegata occasione de eisdem debeat denariis et redditibus ministrare ita, quod nichil de predictis redditibus videlicet VI solidis denariorum prefatus Camerarius sibi reseruet, sed Camera pro solacio et recreatione corporis exhibeat et impendat integraliter et ex toto.
