Abt Konrad von Altenburg bestätigt, die Bulle von Papst Eugen IV. erhalten zu haben, wonach der die Incorporierung der Pfarrer Schweiggers und Zistersdorf nach Zwettl durchführen soll und beruft die Pfarrer dieser Pfarren wegen Verzichtleistung vor sich.
