Jakob Willemann verkauft seinem Sohne Hans und Adelheid Schenpin, Witwe seines Sohnes Gebhart, für 16 Pfund Pfennig alle Rechte, die er an dem Hause hat, welches an Jakob des Schultheißen Haus zu Bludenz gelegen ist. Das lebenslängliche Hausrecht behält er sich jedoch vor.
