Ritter Merk Sittich von Ems, Vogt zu Bregenz, entscheidet als Appellationsrichter in Erbschaftsstreitigkeiten zwischen Ursula Löwin, Witwe Jos Gretlers, deren Vögte Jos Rot und ihr Bruder Jakob Löw waren, sowie Jakob Gretler, Hans Rem, Jakob Schnell und Jörg Wilhelm.
