Hans Giger von Haslach, welcher vom Junker Michael von Ems für 31 Pfennig 5 Schilling Konstanzer Münze und Währung das Gut Högers Hofstatt gekauft hat, erlaubt diesem seinem Herrn daselbst soviel Hofstatt, als zu einem Torkelbau nötig ist. Würde der Torkel nicht gebaut, so soll die Hofstatt dem Käufer gehören. Current repository:
