Eugenius episcopus, servus servorum dei, in causa Johannis Ulrici de Ems/Ems contra Eberhardum de Ramschwag ac Claram eius uxorem, qui eidem super quarta parte castri antiqui et novo castro Ems iniurabantur et interim aliqua ex possessionibus rebus et bonis ad partem et novum castrum spectantibus vendiderant, mandat preposito ecclesie sancti Johannis Constantiensis, audito in hac causa magistro Johanne de Mella, capellano suo, quatenus possessiones et bona prefata sub certis pecuniariis penis sequestrare procuret.
