Anno autem ejusdem regis secundo, qui erat annus dominica nativitatis dcclxviih., emit isdem abbas Hardradus, ad opus ecclesia: qua; dicitur Therealdo luco, quam antecessori suo Nanthario abbati Felix quidam, presbiter, tradiderat, a quodam viro, nomine Sigerado, res proprictatis sua;, in loco jam supramemorato Hrokasbem, quic- quid ibidem habere sua videbatur esse possessio, sicut venditionis karta testatur hoc modo.
