His ita peractis, rogatu predicti venerabilis abbatis Hilduini, con cessit idem rex Karolus ad monasterium Stithiu, ad usus monacho- rum, in villa Turringahem, mansum indominicatum, cum appendi- tiis quae in regali privilegio denominantur, quod praefatus imperator, ob eandem causam, fieri jussit in haec dicta se habentem.
