In Dei nomine. Ego Eccho trado ad coenobium sancti Galli pro anime mec remedio et pro eterna retributione agros duos in Rietheim,1 unnm superius vie publice, alterum inferius; ea videlicet ratione, ut eos ad me recipiam et annis singulis censum inde persolvam, id est denarios II. Et post obitum meum statim ad predictum monasterium revertatur per- petim possidendum. Si quis vero, quod fieri non credo, si ego ipse aut ullus de heredibus meis contra banc traditionis cartam venire temptaverit aut eam quolibet modo inrumpere voluerit, ad dominicum fiscum auri uncias II et argenti pondera V coactus persolvat et nihilo- minus presens bec traditio firma et stabilis permaneat cum stipulatione subnexa.
