    Omnibus presentes litteras inspectuns Bartholomeus archidia- conus Amb(— ?) domine pape capellanus et ipsius contradietarum auditor salutem in domino. Noueritis, quod cum magister Riccardus procurator ... abbatis et conuentus monasterii sauete Marie de Sitausteten pro ipsis impetraret litteras apostolicas sub bac forma:

    Folgt nun der Auftrag Papst Urbans IV. ddo. 1264, 4. Juni, Orvieto (Nr. 234);

    eisdem litteris Waldinus de Bechona clericus, procurator vene- rabilis patris episcopi Frisingensis pro ipso in audiencia publica contradixit, quas tandem ea condicione absoluit quod super questione iuris patronatus que vertitur inter predictos abbatem et conuentum monasterii sanete Marie ex parte vna et predictum episcopum ex altera, nullum eidem episcopo quoad ius patronatus siquid habet, per predietas litteras freiudicium generetur, quod pars altera promisit lirmiter coram nobis. In huius rei testimonium presentes litteras fieri
