    quocunque aliqaatenus alienare, quod si factum fuerit a nobis vel ab aliquo liberorum nostrorum, extunc ipso faeto aduocacia predicta vacabit et ad ecclesiam Frisingensem libere reuertetur. Huius rei testes sunt Fridericus venerabilis ecclesie Salzburgensis archiepisco- pus, Bertoldus Babenbergensis, Petrus Patauiensis, Leo Ratisponen- sis, Ditricus Gurzensis, Johannes Chimensis, Wernhardus Seccouien- sis ecclesiarum episcopi, Hainricus illustris comes palatinus Rheni, dux Bawarie, Fridericus purchgrauius de Nurenberch. Et nos in huius rei perenne testimonium presentes litteras iussimus nostre maiestatis sigilli munimine roborari. Acta sunt hec Wienne, anno domini mille- simo ducentesimo LXXVH., quarto decimo kalendas Junii, indictione quinta, regni nostri anno quarto.
