    Notum sit omnibus sub cultu Christiani nominis degentibus, qualiter quidam uir nobilis nomino Azo famulam suam propriam nomine Machtildam nuncupatam ad altare sancti Candidi tradidit ea uidelicet institutione, ut annis singulis tam ipsa quam eius posteritas ad prefatum altare v nummos argenteos pro redemtione libertatis persoluerent. Ista uero anno dominice incarnationis MLXV sub Ellen- hardo episcopo et Adalramo aduocato coram subscriptis extant finita. Isti sunt testes, Willipreht, Peretholdus Rufus, Hiltimar, Dietrich, Penno, Regil, Ebarmund, Albrieb, de fidelibus aduocati Chuono, Hisker. Isti sunt filii de eadem Machtilda nati Albrich, Adalbero, Minigo, Sicco, Sigehart, Rezili et soror eorum Heiza.
