    Nouerint vniuersi presencium inspectores, quod ego Hartman- nus plebanus in ProbsdorfPattauiensis dyocesis Johannem exhibitorem presencium constituo meum legittimum procuratorem ad supplicandum et petendum a viro reuerendod omino Vlrico preposito Ratisponensi qui tlicit se iudicem a sede apostolica delegatum super questione quam magister Heinricus prepositus Werdensis super ecclesia mea michi mouere intendit, vt locum tutum ad quem secure valeam peruenire, michi assignet. ltem constitui eundem ad appellandum pro me, si peticionem meam iustam et ligittimam in hoc casu pro defendeudo iure meo predictus dominus prepositus non duxerit admittendam, et cum proprio sigillo carerem, petiui hanc litteram viri venerabilis domini Wernheri arehidiaconi Austrie plebani Wiennensis sigilli muni- mine consignari.
