    E. dei gracia Tridentinus episcopus notum fieri cupimus vni- uersis presens scriptum intuentibus, quod nos capituli nostri con sensu accedente legittimo venerabilem in Christo fratrem dominum C . Frisingensem episcopum recognoscimus in ecclesia de Cheler nostre dyocesis ius habere presentandi ipsiusque successores pro tempore substituendos, adicientes quod post mortem aut cessionem domini Bonicontri canonici nostre ecclesie nec non dicte plebis in Cheler legittimi pastoris, quem Bonicontrum idem venerabilis epis copus Frisingensis ad instanciam et peticionem nostram et capituli nostri legittimum plebanum ipsius ecclesie in Cheler recognouit, nullus in eadem ecclesia instituí debeat de cetero per nos aut nostros successores uerus pastor nisi ad ipsius episcopi Frisingensis uel sui successoris presentacionem, quod si secus factum fuerit, id viribus carere decernimus per presentes. Et vt premissa illibata permaneant, nos presentem paginam venerabili episcopo Frisingensi suisque suc- cessoribus tradimus nostri et capituli Tridentini sigillorum munimine roboratam. Datum anno domini M. CC. LX. VI., indictione nona.
