    Nos Pernoldus et Rudgerus dicti de Taeleinsprvnne tenore presencium profitemur et scire cupimus vniuersos, ad quorum noti- eiam peruenerit presens scriptum, quod deliberacione congrua et con- uenienti prehabita honorabilibus uiris abbati et conuentui monasterii sanete Marie Scotorum in Wienna proprietatem siue dominium cuius- dam vinec nostre in Tóblico ex altera parte riui in loco, qui dicitur Hard, site donauimus ipsis et eorum monasterio possidendum per petuo sub hac forma, quod de eadem vinea racione proprietatis fundi siue dominii censum duodeeim denariorum, qui dicitur perebreht, per cipient annuatim. Adhec promittimus memorato monasterio de euictio- nis periculo cauere contra quoslibet, quiipsum super quieta possessione proprietatis huiusmodi occupare presumerent, iuxta terre consuelu- dinem approbatam, nos nichilominus ad recompensacionem seu resar- cionem dampnorum, si que sepedicto monasterio ex tali proprietatis possessione acciderent, plenissime obligantes. In cuius rei testimo nium et cautelan) presentes sibi tradidimus litteras nostrorum sigillo- rum muniminc roboratas. Acta sunt hec anno domini M°. CC°. nona gesimo secundo.
