Be nedict]", rectorem instituimus et plebanum, Investientes ipsum per librum presentialiter de eadem ac curam animarum plebis subiecte et administrationem spiritualium et temporalium ipsius committentes eidem. Discrctioni tue committimus et mandamus, quatenus eundem fridericum in corporalcm possessionem dicte Ecclesie ac iurium et pertinentiarum ipsius inducas et defen- das induetum, faciens sibi de fructibus, redditibus, prouentibus, iuribus et obuentionibus vniuersis et singulis ad ipsam spec- tantibus ab omnibus integre responder], Contradictores et rebelles auctoritate nostra per censuram ecclesiasticam firmiter compescendo.
