      cis argenti probati, quam pecuniam se recepisse dicti mili- tes profitentur, omni actioni et impeticioni in posterum super eadem decima tam pro ipsis, quam pro suis heredibus co- ram nobis absolute renunciantes et omne ius, quod eisdem heredibus in eadem decima competere ac cedere posset, suc- cessionis iure ab ipsis penitus auferentes. Ut autem pre- missa robur habeant et tocius litis materia tollatur, in testi- monium et obligacionem predictorum literas presentes dedi- mus sigilli nostri munimine roboratas. Datum anno Domini MCCLX.
