N os Wernherus decanus totumque capitulum ecclesie Spi- rensis tenore presencium recognoscimus publice profitentes, prudentes viros, consules et cives Spirenses ad preces nos- tras Richwino de Schonenburg nostro concanonico, pro tem- pore vite sue dimisisse ortum, de quo questio erat, contiguum curiej quam inhabitat ipse Richwinus, situm intra muros ci- vitatis Spirensis, ita ut post mortem ipsius Richwini utrique ius suum sit salvum. In quorum evidenciam sigillum capi- tuli nostri appendimus huic scripto. Datum anno Domini MCCXCVI. in vigilia Udalrici.
