      ernherns Dei gracia decanus totumque capitulum Spi- rense. Habentes quandam aream, sitam in villa Ofienbach, attinentem ecclesie nostr.e parochiali ibidem, inutilem et in- fructuosam, ipsam concessimus domino Egenoni, militi fratri domini A. scolastici nostri, suisque heredibus hereditario iure perpetuo possidendam sub hac forma, nt idem singulis annis sex libras olei ecclesie parochiali ibidem sine diminu- cione conferat et assignet titulo pensionis ad perpetuum ln- minare, ad quod eciam omnes suos heredes esse volumns perenniter obligatos, ipso viam universe carnis ingresso. Ut igitur noster consensus et bona voluntas predicte conces- sioni accedere videatur, in testimonium evidencius prefato E. presens scriptum tradidimus sigilli nostri munimine robora- tum. Datum anno Domini MCCLIII. XVI. kal. decembris.
