Hein- rico de Wilre, qui curiam et predium, quod habemus in villa Lnstat, hactenus tenuit pro quadraginta quatuor modiis tri- tici annuatim in granario nostro persolvendis, graciam fa- cientes specialem ipsi indulgemus et promittimus, ut post obitum suum alter filiorum Heinricus vel Hemricus, qui tunc abilior nobis usus fuerit, eandem curiam vel predium, quoad vixerit tantum teneat, et pensionem nobis exinde constitutam

      persolvat et post illius obitum curia et predium libera no- bis redeant omni successionis per omnia iure cessante. Ve- rum pueri eiusdem Heinrici, tam priores, quam posteriores, licet succedendi fratri suo, in hac curia et predio ius non habeant, habebunt tamen ius commune cum eodem fratre in vita sua in usufructu dicte curie et predii percipiendo et communes cum ipso facient in bonis eisdem expensas. In robur istorum presentem literam fecimus sigillo capituli nostri roborari. Actum Spire, anno Domini millesimo ducentesimo sexagesimo primo,feriatercia post purificacionem saccteMarie.
