      H einricus Dei gracia Spirensis episcopus. Proposuit coram nobis Iohannes de Wilenstein conquerendo, quod priorissa et conventus sancti Lamperti, nostre diocesis, filio fratris sui Gotzonis, cuius ipse tutor esset ac mundiburdus, iniuriam facerent in quadam decima ville Dandestat, quam ipse Gotzo pater suus emisset a Conrado de Lichtenstein pro LX. mar- cis argenti, super qua iniuria igitur iusticiam fieri cum in- stancia postulavit. Econtra priorissa et conventus ille dice- bant se illam decimam emisse iuste et a vero domino et tenuisse bona fide, iusto titulo sine interrupcione pluribus annis et ad hoc probandum se constanter offerebant.
